Game 444 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

By registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the Game 444 platform (accessible at game444.ws), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Game 444.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any services provided by Game 444. Continuing to use the platform after being notified of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To open and maintain an account with Game 444, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering in your own name.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any employee of Game 444 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from Game 444 or be subject to an active exclusion order.

Each person may hold exactly one Game 444 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number and preferred payment method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying Game 444 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your registered contact number and payment details current.

Game 444 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. You must provide requested documents promptly. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until the process is completed.

All transactions on the Game 444 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Game 444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger enhanced verification requirements in line with our compliance obligations.

Deposits are credited to your Game 444 account immediately upon successful processing. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

You may withdraw your real-money balance (funds deposited or won, excluding active bonus funds) at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Gold VIP and above receive priority or same-day processing.
• Game 444 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider's own fees (if any) are outside Game 444's control.

Game 444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to investigate the legitimacy of funds in your account. We will communicate the reason for any such hold and aim to resolve verification requests within 3 business days.

Game 444 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed clearly at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each bonus offer.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the specific bonus terms.
3. Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
5. Maximum Withdrawal: Some promotional bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated with bonus funds. This will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through coordinated or systematic play patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent — is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.

The Game 444 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Membership is automatic from first deposit. VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal speeds, monthly bonuses and dedicated support access — are as described on the VIP Club page and are subject to the following:

• VIP tier status and associated benefits are provided at Game 444's discretion and may be modified with reasonable notice to affected members.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses and credited to your wallet as described in the VIP Club terms.
• Elite tier is by invitation and Game 444 reserves the right to manage Elite tier membership size and composition.
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly.

Game 444 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following acts are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with any Game 444 game or platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches. If you discover a bug that produces abnormal results, you are obligated to report it to Game 444 support and must not continue to exploit it.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any activity that involves funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate deposits after wagering the associated funds.
• Using any form of prohibited strategy that constitutes cheating as defined by standard gaming industry practice.
• Opening accounts for the purpose of collecting sign-up bonuses without genuine recreational intent.

Game 444 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Accounts found to be in breach of this section may be closed without prior notice, and any balance attributed to prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made prior to the prohibited activity will be returned at Game 444's discretion following investigation.

Game 444 may suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated against Game 444.
• At your own request — players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time.

In the event of closure due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (funds that were deposited and not derived from prohibited activity) will be returned to your nominated payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Game 444 support. We will process closure requests within 2 business days. During this period, your account will remain accessible to facilitate any final withdrawal you wish to make.

Game 444 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in any defined period.
